The top piece is a silver flower design with a teardrop jump ring. The bottom piece hosts the Kingman turquoise stone, set in a serrated bezel. The bezel is surrounded with twisted silver wire on an oxidized silver base. Also added to the bottom piece are silver wire arcs and diamond-shaped silver dots. The earrings are 5/8" wide and 1" tall. The turquoise stone is about 3/16" by 1/8". Together, the pair weighs 4.3 g. Although the earrings are not signed, the artisan store indicates they were made by Navajo silversmith Sharon McCarthy. The store further indicates that the turquoise stones were sourced from the Kingman Mine in northwestern Arizona.
