I purchased this at an estate sale an am not sure if its an original watercolor or lithograph, I don't believe it is a print since I don't see the typical "dots" of a print when zoomed in close (see last photos). Outside of frame measures approximately 24 1/2" x 30 1/2" Print Portion that shows measures approximately 14 1/2" x 20 1/2" DUE TO ITS SIZE AND SHIPPING AT ALMOST 14 lbs BOXED....
