When SuperATV receives an item from one of their customers, they inspect that item, verify there are no critical problems and that all pieces are included (essentially refurbish it), and then send it to us in a ready-to-ship packaged state. We then, in turn, receive these items and are authorized to re-distribute them at a discounted price. What Condition Are These Items In? We currently have to list many items like this as "used." However, most of these "Scratch 'N Dent" items have never been installed or even actually “used” in any substantial manner. Rather, they were the wrong pieces for someone's machine, or they have very minor scratches in the paint, etc. For most people, there are no functional defects or cosmetic blemishes that would qualify as "substantial." Some items may be "Shelf Pulls" in like-new condition, while others may have been installed on a customer's rig, but not significantly used.
