It offers wide and narrow FM, P25, Simulcast, Integrated VoIP networking and Voting. The network connectivity and monitoring alone is a huge step up over what most repeaters can offer. This unit is for ham use only in the 430-450MHz spectrum based on the modules installed. If you need a 450-490MHz version contact me and we can work something out. I will tune and program this to your repeater frequencies, call sign, etc. The software is readily available on the web if you want to do your own thing.
