Cover corners are worn down. Stain on the lower right section of the book (water?) but the pages underneath are undamaged. Binding is ok throughout. Pages yellowing commensurate with age. Some dog eared pages. No writing inside seen. I try to photograph and list potential quality issues in the description but I may inadvertently miss in one format.
