Tweed) to J. Goldwater & Co. The principal store was founded in Fairbanl and supplied the Arizona territopry’s branch stores in Bisbee, Benson and Crittenden. Henry K. Tweed came to Arizona from New York in 1883 and with B.A. Packard established the Cochise Stronghold Ranch east of Tombstone. He was owner of the Little Devil Mine, and operated a general merchandise store on the corner of 4th and Allen. Paul Warnekros came to Tombstone in March, 1878, was a pioneer merchant, and was elected mayor. Had been mounted , perhaps in a ledger, small amount of paper affixed to back.
