For help with patches: Settings for hat presses and similar. I personally use 270F and 45 seconds on all my patches WITH a silicone matt covering the patch. This creates a perfect press, no to little creasing and no scorches. NOTE: the 2x3 patches with stitching in the brown rectangle, brown oval, and gray rectangle, all need 295F for 45 seconds. If ironing on, I recommend using a slow and low method with a thin towel, or parchment paper, or silicone matt if you have one. If it doesn't stick, it's not hot enough. Once you do get it to stick press another few seconds.
