About Our Process The machines we offer are previously owned and are usually coming off of a completed Lease term. Each unit goes through a meticulous evaluation process. The Intake Phase - When the Printer/Copier is received, it undergoes a thorough inspection. We assess factors such as meter count, print quality, and cosmetic appearance. Machines that successfully pass this rigorous process are then earmarked for sale. Prior to shipping your unit, The unit is cleaned test copies will be run as well as pictures and video that we keep on file at our office. Finally we carefully wrap palletize and package your printer for protection. Each copier is in excellent working condition upon shipment. Due vibrations and movements during shipment, we strongly urge that the machine be professionally setup and installed by a factory-trained technician.
