There is no CD/DVD drive, just a fake in place and is held by clear tape. Ram was upgraded to an 8gb standard and defective HDD replaced with a brand new fast 120gb ssd. Laptop runs smooth and is fast to load programs. Ships with spare usb flash drive. No battery, power cord, or other items included. Packed well for safe shipping.
