Sleeveless with little ruffles on shoulders extending to the back. Comes with it's original matching belt. Light pastel pink with roses. Cotton fabric is lightweight and a little sheer, probably needs a slip. Keyhole back. Little ruffles along hem. Adorable. Just a few very faint small spots in front. See photos. Not too noticeable and gets hidden by belt. I haven't spot treated but it has had a soak and press. was finding baby books dating 1931 in these boxes.
