Description: Vintage 1930's XS/S sheer mesh daisy embroidered midi dress! Gosh this is incredible!! Short puff sleeves. Round neckline with a big bow at the center. The most amazing white daisy flowers embroidered all over. Material is a sheer mesh which I think would be silk? Probably a bit delicate but it did clean beautifully and was steamed. Will probably need a slip. Has side snaps and a hook at the top. Comes with a matching belt or at least I *think* this is the belt to it? It seems to match the texture of the bow. The belt is pretty worn. Does need a little tlc. There's stems under the bow and I did find a bunch of loose daisy flowers so I think at one point this had a bouquet of daisy flowers under the bow I'll send them with the dress. There is also a few holes in this. One is under the bow. There a few tiny ones near the hem in back of the skirt half. And there is 3 bigger like quarter size in the back. Maybe would help to seam them up? I'm not sure proper restoration methods so I decided to let the new owners choose. She wears absolutely beautifully and fit me perfect, just stunning!! I just can't pull off a lot of the 30's piece unfortunately Happy to answer any questions! Measurements: Pit to pit - 15 inches across. Easily stretches to 16 1/2 inches across. Waist - 12 inches across. Easily stretches to 13 1/2 inches across. Hips - 21 1/2 inches across. Length from shoulder to hem - 39 1/2 inches. Length from shoulder to waist seam - 14 inches. I was finding newpapers in the boxes dating 1938 and earlier definitely please share if you take any pics in my dresses!! I'd love to see them being enjoyed!
