Description: True vintage Edwardian 1900s embroidered dress: skirt and bodice. Soft white cotton outfit, densely embroidered, one of the most lovely two-piece ensembles I have come across. The cotton is fine, slightly sheer and very soft. The bodice in a 1900s outfit should be tucked inside the skirt. At some point of time the bodice hem was trimmed with lace, allows you to wear it untucked. The sleeves are wide and comfortable. Hidden snap opening in front. Two layered skirt. The outer layer is wider. Condition: nice, wearable. No underarm issues, no holes, no pinholes. The skirt has no flaws. The skirt belt has period extension, making the waist approx. 2" wider. Flat measurements: Bodice length - 16" Underarm to underarm in front - 21" Bottom hem - 43" Sleeve - 14" SkirtWaist - 29" Length - 37" Hips - 40" (inside skirt)
