Description: One piece of super-cute blue Ned-shaped confetti from the 2022 Twenty-One Pilots Icy tour. These pieces were overstock left over at the end of the tour, and were never fired by the confetti cannons. As such, these pieces are clean, were never stepped on, and never landed in spilled drinks or other questionable liquids on arena floors. Although it wasn't fired, this is still fragile tissue paper, and some pieces might be a little crinkled or folded due to the bag they were stored in. Not to worry, I won't send out any torn pieces. I will ship in a box to help preserve the piece during shipping.
