Description: I have up for sale two very unique pieces of a handmade art that features cancelled postage stamp collage art with ink and watercolors on a postcard stock. The stamps are Chinese an appear to be from the early 1900's. Both pieces are in very good condition. These unique pieces of handmade stamp art depict a young Chinese woman dressed in a very colorful outfit and another young women being carried by her two servants?. These pieces of handmade art have been professionally matted and framed by the Pennisi Art Shop, 164 East 88 St., NYC. The very pale moss green matting is the same on both pieces and both frames are gold toned with olive trim. It would appear to me, both were done at the same time, as a set. The layout on one of them is landscape and the other is portrait. The frames measure 8.25 x 10 inches. I believe both of the cards to measure 3.5 x 5.5, standard postcard size.
