These are so rare no recipes are available but I have grown and tasted these and are absolutely delicious! Please note the camera didn't capture the true beauty of these beans and looks better in person!They will be a little darker once they are dry but both are true Beauties! The Princess Brittany Anne Beans are a Beautiful lite to medium Blush Rose Color & The Lovers Lavender Delite are a beautifullite purple or lavender color with speckles. I dry these on the vines then harvest the beans to eat during the fall into the spring. Super easy to grow. I pressured cook both these beans with salt & pepper,garlic powder & onion powder for approx. 25 minutesand I love they way they taste which the flavor is between a pinto bean/Navy Bean and lima bean. They are nice and meaty. These are bush beans and give them a small trellis or something to similar to climb on...
