Unbuilt Heathkit AA-61 Kit Complete Amplifier w/ NOS Mullard EL84 6CA4 Tubes #2

Description: Up for sale here is this extremely rare vintage unbuilt Heathkit AA-61 tube amplifier kit, in the original box. This is complete, including the tubes! This is circa 1961, and the Mullard tubes have 130 date codes, for the 30th week of 1961. I have TWO of these amp kits available--the other one is listed on eBay as well. This kit does NOT have paperwork--I am guessing the original purchaser bought both kits at the same time and Heathkit just included one set of paperwork, which is in the other listing. This is a NOS unbuilt kit, and it is complete (other than paperwork). This is all NOS unused and unassembled, but there may be minor factory wear on parts--I do not know. It all looks really good to me though. The bottom cover panel is bent slightly on one edge (see pic 7)--not sure what happened there, but it could probably be fixed pretty easily. The outer box is in good condition but has some wear and damage from storage/handling. The tubes are all there, and are the NOS unused tubes that came with it. The 6CA4 is a gray-plate Mullard Made in Great Britain, the two EL84s are Mullard Made in Great Britain, and the 6AN8 is a Heathkit-badged RCA Made in USA tube. I have provided a LOT of pictures, so please take a close look at all of them so you can see what you're getting. The pictured item is exactly what you will be receiving. If you want to assemble this, please be aware that a 60-year-old can capacitor may not work properly, just FYI. This came from a collector's estate.
