My "best guess" is that this sat in someone's glove box for a long, long time; but was never used... Hard to imagine anyone ever using it, then wrapping up the cord that tight and otherwise perfectly. * UNTESTED... I do not have a car old enough to have the cigarette lighter (and have no converter)... * Thick, strong cardboard box. * ALL MARKINGS PICTURED... * Please see pics for measurements and other details. * Please ask any questions you might have BEFORE bidding. The only sign of wear is on the exterior plastic behind the light, where there is some light scuffing; presumably from jostling around inside the box over the years. Brightly colored and very clean. Exterior of the BOX has some surface wear and fading, but remains structurally sound, with strong corners and no structural damage.
