URBAN OFFROAD LAND ROVER NAS DEFENDER 90 FULL ROOF RACK

Description: 15% OFF for purchasing direct! Land Rover NAS Defender 90 full roof rack. What's included: 1 full roof rack (full roof rack dimensions: 81" X 53" X 5"). All fabricated components are sandblasted to remove impurities prior to coating, zinc primer base coated and finished in satin black powder coat. My roof racks are made using a different construction method of notching rather than the crimping/smashing/flattening method used in the originals as I think my method is much cleaner looking and ultimately stronger. All my tubing bend components are C.A.D. drawn and C.N.C. mandrel bent, all tubing joints are pneumatic/hydraulic notched, all seam joints are sleeved, welded and polished. All my mounting tabs are stamped. All my components are fixture "jig" clamped during welding to ensure accuracy and consistency and to mitigate warping during the welding process. All tubing is cleaned and polished prior to welding. All welds are gas M.I.G. welded (and I'm damn good at what I do). I will ship this rack to anywhere in the United States or Canada for a fee.
