Description: This is a hand made copy of the US Navy Officers cap badge. They were used in WW 1 & 2. They are made of silver and gold bullion threads on black felt. It can be sewn or glued on whatever. They are about 3 x 3 inches not counting the felt part. This is the largest one I have. S&H 5.5.00 USA , 20.00 overseas. If its less than the 20.00 overseas I will refund the extra shipping charges.
