I opened one for pictures, yours will be sealed in the original USGI packaging like the first photo. 1M291 cage code on baseplate identifies these as manufactured by USGI contractor Check-Mate Industries, Inc. Manufactured in 1992, still in sealed packaging, brand new and unused. They continue to be a USGI contractor for magazines. These were the same magazines the CMP was issuing with their 1911s, until they ran out, and are using commerical mags now, also from Check-Mate, but of a different design and finish than these USGI spec magazines. This is authentic USGI surplus, not reproduction crap in phony packaging (or "USGI Style"). No scams here, honest seller with 100% positive feedback from thousands of buyers. Note there are some sellers offering claimed usgi 1911 mags for much less, but they are in fake packaging, and if you check their listing, they may honestly say the manufacturer is "Triple K" or "USGI Style".
