TAP is compatible with the quick release system of the improved outer tactical vest (IOTV) and Soldier Plate Carrier System (SPCS). TAP can also be worn like a Ranger Assault Carrying Kit (RACK) in stand-alone mode, using the external webbing harness. Kit includes TAP Harness Assembly 8465-01-F00-8472, (2) TAP Plate Carrier Adapter 8465-01-F00-8474, TAP Right and Left Shoulder Adapter 8465-01-F00-8477 & 8465-01-F00-8478The Panel has 8 Single Magazine Pouches across the front of the Panel. The Two outside magazine pouches are sized for .308 caliber magazines.
