Included are 4 tracks, 2X 61.75"(A), 2X 60.5"(B) and 2X 40" (C) track with all necessary hardware. Tracks are made from 6061 aluminum. The connector pieces are stainless steel as are any hardware exposed to the elements to ensure no chance of rust. Polyfoam gaskets are used to form a seal to stop leaks. With the R21 Sprinter Tracks Kit you can now install an eye hooks, lighting equipment, ladder rack and/or other equipment onto the roof of your Sprinter. A 144" wheel base option is also available (R20). *Tracks may not be compatible with all after market accessories. See pictures for specifications. Returns Unused merchandise may be returned freight pre-paid in the original shipping packaging with all labels, hardware, instructions. Used or installed items are not acceptable for return. All returns must be accompanied by a RGA # and a copy of the original receipt. The RGA # must be issued within 30 days from the date of delivery. Products with or without RGA # can not be returned after 30 days from date of delivery. To obtain a RGA # please call the number in the header and have your invoice number ready. Special order items cannot be returns. Any items sent freight collect will be refused and returned at shipper's expense. All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking/return fee. If item was shipped during promo "free shipping" customer will be subject to a 25% restocking/return fee. Customer pays all shipping and handling charge going to and from destination. Once the item has been examined and the reason of return is verified, you will be issued a refund. Covered on the warranty are as follow: Mounting bases and drip rail clamps. Cross bars, nuts, bolts, washers, anchors, and gaskets are not included in the warranty. Warranty does not cover bent, warped or normal wear and tear of product. All electrical products are covered by a 1 years warranty unless item is stated otherwise.
