Description: I recently purchased at auction a vintage series of photos of Washington DC. Written on the back of the photos is the subject of the photo and a date of June, 1886. (A couple photos don’t have a date, but I am confident they are from the same time period.). In the upper left corner is also written “Moultrie Photo”. The photo measures approximately 5.25” x 8.50”. This photo is of the US Smithsonian Institute in Washington DC. The photo itself is in very good condition with with just a little roughness around the edge of the card. And the card has curled a little over the years. If you purchase multiple photos I will combine shipping.
