Description: Vintage 1930s REGENS Nickel Plated Brass Art Deco Lighter Patent # 1896140 Please view all pics for condition. Shows wear from being used and from storage. Surfaces have some scuffs, and scratches. The nickel plating is worn, and you can see the brass underneath. Lighter is not currently in working order. May need just a flint, fuel, and a wick.
