Description: 1949 Postwar 24" Vintage Schwinn DX Balloon / Fat Tire Cruiser Bike Frame Vintage 24" Schwinn DX Ballooner Frame from 1949, Prepped & Primed. Frame is a 24" ballooner Youth size boy's DX frame. The Frame was professionally primed a long time ago as restoration that never came to fruition now time for it to go. Primer Frame was sand blasted sprayed with Self Etching Primer (Greenish) and Sprayed with Heavy Build Primer (Grey) and needs Sanding to get the primer smooth & straight ready for paint.
