I do not know the maker.back of head marked 429. dress was handmade and sewn in place so I could not get her undressed. I have not visually inspected her body. there is some type on button/knob on her chest, and what feels like a battery compartment? or something. vinyl head with pretty sleep eyes, open and shut. could use a wash. messy rooted hair in good condition.movable vinyl arms. one has some yellow spots/ plastic torso/body, legs move at hips and knees. cute pair of white sneakers. dress good with stains/spots on bib area.I have not tried to clean doll or clothing. sold as is. loc. tub 4 .
