It measures approximately 8 by 10 inches and is in very good condition. Note creasing, small stain on the bottom right corner/edge, and binding holes on the left edge (I will leave untrimmed to allow more room for matting/framing). You are purchasing the original book page, not a copy. The reverse side has unrelated text. It will be carefully packaged and shipped between layers of cardboard.
