Description: Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a framed vintage abstract landscape oil painting done on hard canvas board. Circa '60s. Artist: Marguerita B. Schoedsack. The painting was apparently part of an exhibit (see writing on paper on the back side of the frame). The title of the work is "Extude of Contrast". It is framed in a nice period wooden frame, and will make a nice addition to any interior setting! Measurements: Including the frame, approx. 35.5" tall x 29.5" wide Condition: Good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and handling. The canvas itself is free from rips holes, tears, repairs, creases, etc. There is a very faint and thin moisture mark running down the right side of the canvas (see photos). It is barely visible, but we are mentioning it for accuracy. When displayed on a wall, it isn't really noticeable. The border material directly surrounding the canvas has some small discoloration marks in spots (see photos); we have not attempted to clean the material in any way, so we are uncertain as to whether or not they'll come out. They too are minor, but being mentioned for accuracy. There is a wire hanging mechanism on the back side for hanging / display purposes.
