Description: Step back in time with this vintage Onkyo TA-2025 two head stereo cassette tape deck. Made in Japan, this piece of vintage electronics is a true gem for any collector. The deck comes with its original box and is being sold as is, with the intention of being repaired by the buyer. Powers up fine. All buttons respond and lights work. The issue I am aware of is that the small shaft spins as soon as power button is pushed in. Attempting to play a cassette results in a 1-2 second green arrow light and then disingauges. I have a few Onkyo decks and a reciever I obtained from a estate collection and this deck has been stored for a bit and may just need maintenance etc. Selling As Is to someone that can maintenance and repair. Still looks pretty nice for its age (Early 1980s) with small scratches etc (see pics) Ask questions before you commit!
