Has a rotating sign that is turned by twisting the tail. Two signs to choose from: "Goodyear #1 in Tires" and "Hot Wheels Mattel" printed in the Hot Wheels flame logo. The side that doesn't rotate reads "Goodyear #1 in Tires". There are a couple scratches on that graphic. Please see and zoom in on photos for a closer visual description.
