Came in a pack with another confirmed to be Topstone, but I need to be up front and honest that I am unsure of its make and origin, although I know it is vintage and rare. It is almost definitely in the 1960's to 70's era, fits the style precisely. Very much appears to be a Ben Cooper, but I have as yet been unable to verify for sure.
