Description: Vintage 1960s/1970s Baccerini Alabastri Alabaster Ashtray/Key Holder/Trinket Dish. Hand-carved in Portofino, Italy. The dish measures just under 6” in diameter, and approximately 1.25” high. In vintage condition with a few issues: there are scratches and some reddish marks on the inside bottom of the dish, as well as a reddish line around the inside bottom of it. There are also nicks/"spots" on the outside rim of the dish, although I'm not sure if this was natural to the alabaster when it is carved, or if it happened later. All of this is visible in the photos, so please enlarge and examine them. Please read description, look at photos carefully (they serve as part of the description), and ask questions before bidding; all items are sold as is, and all sales are final. Please understand that you are buying an item with flaws. My items come from a smoke-free home and are packed with care. If your item is damaged in transit and package was insured, please take detailed photos and keep the broken item, plus all packing materials, for the insurance claim. The USPS has a new policy designed to prevent fraud, and they will no longer issue refunds without inspecting the damaged item.
