Description: Vintage 9" Double Wheel Stained Glass Kaleidoscope. Made by Guthrie Stained Glass Craftsman Foy Shahan. Signed Shahan on the underside along with paper label which is taped on and can be easily removed if desired. I believe this was designed to sit on a counter as it has 2 lead feet behind the wheels, which allows it to be elevated at an angle.
