It fits more like a modern medium/large. This jacket is practically NEW! It only exhibits long term storage wear, NOT wear from active use! There may be very small imperfections or minor creases in the leather, but again, this is all from storage. This jacket appears to be entirely unworn! Nylon outer shell with leather sleeves.
