I would guess pre 1950's given the age of all the auction items sold at the same auction. Could be 1900s-50s as there were 2 college yearbooks at the auction (I purchased) 1913 and 1948. Condition is fair with some reasonable restoration needed to show or build or use. Good quality build. 60" long. Approx. 14" high. Approx. 12" wide (a little under) at widest. Approx. 29 pounds with more weight in hull bottom and lowest keel portion. Unknown origin as far as kit or maker. I will ship this, but pickup would be easier and shipping expensive.
