Looks like a brass frame and hanging rings are secure - Scale face Measures about 10 1/2" diameter With the antique brass tray stands from ring to end of the tray 30" The brass tray has some stamped numbers and shown in the photos Diameter of the tray is 13" and stands alone about 18" tall from Can be polished up I believe or keep it as is in this lovely patina finish This is a used item so minor signs of wear should be expected.
