These were purchased in Germany and are unsold inventory cleaned out of a writing supplies store that went out of business around the end of WWII. These may have some storage wear but they are in as good of a condition as you could ask for, as they are basically brand new taken directly from the paper they were wrapped in 70+ years ago.
