Pressing the leaver causes the patient to fly backward in his chair and the dentist to flip backward to empty the coin in his pocket into the green back behind him with the patient's tooth in his hand with red on it simulating blood. Typical missing/imperfect paint, light spots of corrosion, but overall nice condition. I pack carefully and pad, as needed, to keep items safe on their journey.
