Vintage Concertone Series 90 Model 93 Reel to Reel Tape Recorder Parts/Repair

Description: This American Concertone series 90 model 93 professional reel to reel is from an estate. It has not been tested and is being sold as is for parts or repair. The listing includes everything shown in the photos. It was removed from a large wood upright cabinet that it was mounted in with two pre-amps which have each been listed separately. The face is in good condition with only light wear. The paint on the head cover is worn off as shown. All of the buttons and switches and moving parts move freely. There does not appear to be any broken, missing or damaged parts. The inner workings of the unit all seem intact and definitely need a thorough cleaning but it looks complete and serviceable. Includes the connection cable and the 10 1/2” metal reel shown. See photos for best description. Measures 19” x 15 3/4 x 10” deep and weighs approximately 46 pounds. If you search for the Concetone Series 90 model 93 system on the internet there are a few websites that have some great information with all the specifications, the system’s features and show the original brochure. One of them even shows the original cost from 1961 which was a whopping 1095.00 dollars which would be approximately 11,000$ in todays money.
