Description: Vintage DAISHIN MUSICAL JOLLY CHIMP WITH BOX, No. 4910, NOT WORKING Good candidate for repair or would be a great example for display only. Cosmetically in very good vintage condition. We put batteries in it, flipped the ON/OFF switch, and sadly he did not do his crazy cymbal playing or teeth chattering. No sound at all. Possibly just a problem switch, as it seems very lightly played with showing much less wear than expected for a vintage Jolly Chimp. SELLER NOTES: For Parts / Repair - Cosmetically very good condition showing less than expected wear for age. Some discoloration on monkey clothes on his backside. Small section of cloth on monkey's cheek is torn. Did not work when we put batteries in it. Wear to box including creases and tear to box top. See photos and use zoom.
