Here we have a Mano (Hand)-Painted PITCHER from SPAIN... * I know nothing about this piece... * I found something that sold online a year or so ago that seems very similar... * That piece was referred to as a Glazed EARTHWARE Jug... * So, that is my best guess as to what this item is... * Unknown artist... * Looks to resemble Mexican Talavera pottery... * All markings pictured... There is the fraction--8/3--above "Mano-painted" on bottom... * MEASURES approximately 7" tall... There are quite a few little scuffs and small places where the paint is worn off; mainly along edges. No cracks anywhere. The only place I see a chip is on the very bottom; two small ones along the rim.
