Description: Vintage Eddy Merckx 58cm Corsa Extra Columbus SLX Steel Lugged Road Bike Frame & Fork Vintage 1986 Black Eddy Merckx Racing Road Bike lugged Steel 58cm Corsa Extra Frame and Fork. The Size is: Official Eddy Merckx 58cm bike, it measures: Seat tube 58cm crank center to top tube center or 59.5cm crank center to top with a 57.5cm center to center top tube. The Head tube is 156mm tall. Frame and Fork are Columbus SLX Steel Tubes with Campagnolo Dropouts. The 1" Threaded Fork has 100mm Spacing and the Frame has 126mm Rear Spacing. The Serial number is 8XT A11XX. That dates it 1986-1988, but suspect it's a 1986. Frame is Used, in fair to good condition, has nicks, scratches, blemishes, decal & paint loss, shows wear, possible tiny dents. Plenty of Pictures to mull over.
