Description: Vintage Embroidered & Beaded Needle/Thread Or Yarn Scissors Holder Necklace. This item looks to be handmade, in that picture searches as well as word descriptions yielded no results. This necklace features a pocket on the front which I reasoned out with my often working brain, is for holding a small pair of craft scissors and needles, when working on a project. It has a pin cushion feel to it with a hard center. It is a loop over necklace (no clasp, non-adjustable) made with acrylic beads. The details of the embroidery and flowers are so well done and dainty looking. It would make a perfect gift for yourself or a loved one who crochets, embroiders, or sews but has trouble keeping up with their small scissors or needles. This lovely necklace has a perfectly round spot/blemish on the back where it looks like a tag may have been, so it was possibly an import for retail sale, but it does not look machine embroidered.
