Description: Up for sale, a vintage EL Deford (Emerson) alto flute. This instrument looks like it was very well taken care of but has most likely been sitting for several years. The body looks excellent but it will require some polishing to restore it to its original finish. I see light oxidation all over the body. Pads look relatively good but as with all wind instruments may need some refurbishment or adjustments to play properly. I do not see any noteworthy scratches, dents, dings or issues. It looks like it will make a fine (and good looking) instrument with just a bit of attention. Please note: the case is structurally solid but I wouldn't call it anything nicer than fair condition. The rear hinges show oxidation and it looks a bit dirty on the exterior. US bidder/buyers only please. This will ship tracked and insured.
