I’m guessing that the upper material is silk because it looks like silk and the patent leather burgundy trim is definitely leather. These were made Italy and I can 100% vouch for them being authentic because I purchased them myself. I have had and loved these shoes for a long time and only took them out for cool special events—you can see the bottoms have some wear but definitely not even close to worn out.
