Shipping to the USA / Canada takes on average 5 weeks, but in some cases also 8-10 weeks! Also some destinations may be excluded from the parcel mail service for a certain time (mainly exotic destinations). Up for auction is a vintage Scarpa frame, probably from the mid 1980s. I don't know the exact year of production, this is just an estimate of the period. Such frame geometries are pretty hard to find. They were designed to fit ladies or rather short riders. Scarpa was the brand of an Austrian / Viennese bicycle dealer. He did not manufacture such frames by himself, but they were ordered from Italy. So this frame comes out of one of the production of one of the large frame manufacturers in Italy (e.g. Moser, Bottecchia, Bianchi, etc). The tubing is Columbus, Tretubi Aelle. The frame is original and not repainted. The frame is only slightly used and shows only tiny signs of use. Also the components that were originally mounted (not included) were close to new, so you can assume that the frame has only be used for a couple of rides. Of course there are no dents or cracks. Also technically the frame is in excellent condition and fully working. Please see pics and judge yourself. Measurements: The frame is approximately 51cm tall (center - top of the seattube lug), If it would be a standard frame geometry, the center to center measurement would be 1-2cm smaller, depending on the way to measure it. On the bottom bracket lug there is a "50" marking. Approximate c-c top tube length is 54.5cm. Rear spacing is 126mm. Italian bottom bracket lug - 70mm.
