Description: Vintage Hong Kong Tapestry Bag Purse Kiss Lock Closure Retractable Snake Chain Very nice vintage tapestry style bag made in Hong Kong. It has a kiss clasp closure and and interior open pocket. The gold tone snake chain is retractable, and can be tucked away inside the bag, so the bag can be carried as a clutch. The interior lining is a solid black silk like fabric. I have examined this bag very closely and can find absolutely no signs of wear to the tapestry, it is pristine, but would benefit from a freshening up after years of being carefully stored. The inside is near perfect condition. The label is fully intact. The Kiss Lock Clasp opens and closes securely and tightly. The gold tone hardware and chain are in very good condition and would benefit from a little shining up. There are no rips, tears, holes or odors. My best guess as to the age of this bag would be 1960-1970. Detailed measurements can be found in the listing photos.
