Description: Up for sale is a very unusual Work Holding Device. Only info I found was on US patent offices site. It is described as a Work holding device for holding Carburetors, Distributors, Fuel Pumps, and the like. Patent # D123097, Patented Oct. 15, 1940 by J.I. Brandon of Los Angeles CA. It is marked: HYGRADE PRODUCTS CO., LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y., PATENT D123097, MADE IN U.S.A., JIFFY JIG 75. It measures about 12" long. It has a block that fits into a vise and a lock down clamp to desired location. Assorted clamping devices to hold down work. Most unusual. First one I've seen like it. Rare.
