Description: Vintage lot of 21 Novelty Pewter Thimbles of various makers including E Vincent Gallo, G&S Martin, Rawcliff and Riccio. Others are unmarked or I couldn't figure out the maker.I tried to take closeup pics of the different maker marks. Specific designs include magic hat with rabbit, Jack-in-the-Box, pineapple, globe, mouse in teakettle, mice chasing cheese, antique automobile, a hen, dog in doghouse, rabbit on tree stump, bird in birdcage, lion, floral pattern, snoozing mariachi, Presidential seal, a snowman, Santa, a nondescript head and an Asian(?) figure on a throne. The paint on Santa is quite worn. The lion looks to be made of bronze possibly with wear on its face.
