Description: Vintage Marx U.S.A. tin wind up Walking Popeye carrying parrots in cages with the original box. Toy is in overall ok to decent condition with normal age related wear, scratches and paint loss. Popeye's is complete and the wind up works but his feet will catch on the inside pegs for the wood wheels once in a while. Maybe you could gently pull the parrot cages out a little. The box is ok with some stains and the top main flap is missing. Please look at all the pictures to help determine condition as they are part of the description.
